Problem solving is a key skill, which we really upon on a regular basis. During this project pupils will use the latest technology (CAD CAM) to design a challenging "bb Puzzle game".

Course Description
A puzzle is a problem or enigma that challenges the user.


Puzzles are often designed as a form of entertainment, but they can also stem from serious mathematical or logistical problems.

In this project you will be designing a maze style puzzle. You will use a range of materials along some of the latest
manufacturing techniques to design a challenging and exciting product.

Through this project you will develop a knowledge of CAD and CAM before understanding how it is used to design and
manufacture a considerable number of the many products we use in every day life.

Materials used:

 

  • Neon and metal ball bearings
  • 3mm Acrylic in a selection of colours
