Course Overview
In this project you will study the Welsh culture and use this inspiration to design and make a souvenir key holder.

3-D Hard Materials
We are all surrounded by products made from hard materials such as plastics, wood and metal.

By learning about and working with materials we can become successful product designers ourselves.

During this course pupils will design and make their own souvenir key holder product. Pupils will design and make a key holder for a person of their choice, but it must be based upon theme related to Wales. This course is intended as an introduction to basic practical techniques and a range of materials. Pupils will develop essential skills within this scheme of work that they will develop in future projects throughout key stage 3 Design and technology at Denbigh High school.
