The school canteen have decided to test a healthier biscuit for sale to  pupils in school. Design a healthier biscuit than the ones currently sold.

Course Description

What you will learn and understand

The function of ingredients in a biscuit mixture. Product evaluation and its purpose. Methods involved in large scale production of biscuits.

What you should be able to do.

Alter ingredients in a recipe and make a healthier biscuit. Evaluate existing product and design tests. Write chart to show control checks in production.
